Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US federal holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $75. Flat rate $6.99 on orders under $75.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99

  • Overnight Shipping (next business day): $29.99


International Shipping

  • Standard International (10–20 business days): $18.00 USD

  • Express International (5–10 business days): $35.00 USD

⚠  International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, WAVA Active is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

WAVA Active is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wavactive.com with your order number and photos of the damage.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. WAVA Active is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@wavactive.com — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
