We want you to love your WAVA. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

In the original packaging with all tags still attached

Free from deodorant, perfume, or any other stains

Not a final sale or clearance item (these are non-returnable)
How to Start a Return

Email contact@wavactive.com with your order number and reason for return

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return address

Pack your item securely and ship it back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method — WAVA Active is not responsible for lost return packages
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us at contact@wavactive.com. We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on current inventory. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wavactive.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
